Fourth of July

4 Jul

Tender sweet potato salad with yellow raisins, caramelized onions, and slivered almonds.
Red wine risotto served cold with red and green bell peppers and scallions.
A homemade berry crumble courtesy of Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, My Father’s Daughter. Served warm out of the oven with vanilla bean ice cream, this decadent dessert provides the perfect end to a festive Fourth of July barbecue.
